Lawyer Huang has extensive practical experience in intellectual property rights protection (trademarks, copyrights), trademark applications, and commercial litigation and arbitration. He is familiar with non litigation services such as intellectual property solutions and strategic deployment. He has represented multiple central and foreign enterprises in commercial negotiations, intellectual property transactions, and provided intellectual property management and construction services for enterprises.
After working for a certain number of years in foreign and state-owned enterprises, with a passion for legal education, Lawyer Huang is committed to integrating practical experience into legal education, investing in frontline legal theory education and practical teaching work. The teaching content mainly involves practical courses such as trademark law, copyright law, civil procedure law, civil law, lawyer notarization and practice. At the same time, Lawyer Huang also provides year-round legal advisory services for numerous foreign, state-owned, and central enterprises.
