Before retiring, Lawyer Yin served as a senior judge at the fourth level in a court in Beijing. During his tenure, he handled over 5000 civil and commercial cases and was repeatedly recognized as an excellent staff member at the court level. He was awarded the third class merit in the Beijing court system and his legal documents were also recognized as excellent multiple times. In 2019, the team led by him concluded a total of 1111 civil and commercial cases throughout the year, and was named one of the top ten expedited teams in Beijing that year.
On August 22, 2020, after written review by the High People's Court, the personnel pool for court case evaluation in the city was proposed to be included, responsible for the case evaluation work organized and carried out by the High People's Court.
