Lawyer Fang has been engaged in the legal industry for over 20 years, focusing on intellectual property, enterprise risk management, investment, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He has undertaken thousands of financial, commercial, criminal, administrative litigation, and arbitration cases, covering dozens of provinces, cities, and autonomous regions. Since entering the industry, I have been diligent and responsible, with a good reputation in both the industry and among clients. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Lawyer Fang has extensive experience in resolving litigation disputes and has represented the first enterprise to execute a reversal case since the establishment of the Beijing First Intermediate People's Court.
