Li Dapeng, a former military practicing lawyer with 19 years of military experience, holds the rank of Navy Lieutenant Colonel. I have successively served in the North Sea Fleet of the Navy, the Northern Theater Command, and the National Defense Mobilization System. I have worked in multiple positions such as staff officer, researcher, and deputy minister of the People's Armed Forces Department. I have experience in four levels of organizations including regiments, divisions, armies, and theater commands, as well as cross service cross generational work. I have a wide range of job responsibilities, a good foundation among the masses, and strong coordination abilities.
Since transferring to local practice, I have continued to maintain my military nature, unwaveringly loyal to the law, adhering to professional ethics and discipline, and tirelessly strengthening my learning and comprehensively improving my own abilities and qualities. I have always fulfilled my professional mission with full enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility, practicing my original intention of learning the law, and striving to be a good lawyer that satisfies the Party and the people.

In terms of criminal matters, there are mainly crimes related to official duties, intentional injury, smuggling, rape, and infringement of intellectual property rights; In terms of civil and commercial matters, there are mainly disputes over housing purchase and sale contracts, private lending disputes, construction project contract disputes, disputes related to companies, partnership enterprise disputes, bill disputes, marriage and family disputes, intellectual property infringement disputes, etc. Especially by leveraging the advantages of being familiar with military affairs and mastering the characteristics of military affairs, military transfer lawyers actively contribute their due efforts to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of military personnel and their families, and provide legal advice and consultation services to dozens of military units and their subordinate military personnel and their families free of charge.
