Lawyer Lu has worked at the Beijing People's Court for many years and was appointed by the Beijing Lawyers Association as one of the twelve senior lawyers to participate in the Beijing Hong Kong Legal Cooperation Program in Hong Kong. He specializes in civil and commercial case trials and has participated in the trial of over 2000 civil and commercial dispute cases. Has extensive experience in dispute resolution and has been awarded third class merit by the Supreme People's Court for outstanding achievements in handling real estate dispute cases.
Since 2000, Lawyer Lu has undertaken a large number of complex and difficult civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, as well as criminal defense cases. At the same time, I have also been hired as a long-term legal advisor for multiple companies, providing timely and effective consulting services for their business decisions and daily management.
The clients that Lawyer Lu has represented or is currently serving include well-known enterprises such as China Minmetals, China National Travel Service, China Grain Trade, Everbright Bank, Minsheng Bank, and Letu Tourism Network, as well as a large number of private and emerging enterprises.

● In 2015, Lawyer Lu and his non litigation professional team successfully assisted the long-term consulting firm Jinyun Electric Company in completing its listing on the New Third Board, and became the first domestic power installation enterprise to be listed on the New Third Board.
