Lawyer Wu has participated in serving as a long-term legal advisor for a state-owned enterprise such as a power generation group company, energy company, and housing construction company in China. At present, he is the perennial legal adviser of Beijing Hanhua Information Service Co., Ltd., Hisense Industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai Tungfu Investment Management Co., Ltd., Demaotang Company (including Beijing, Jiuhua, Mount Huangshan, Wuyi), Beijing Tiandi Urban Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Youcheng Group, China National Orchestra Association and other large enterprises and social groups, and has participated in the legal business of project acquisition and restructuring of a highway company.
Since practicing, Lawyer Wu has represented clients in contract dispute arbitration cases for a large state-owned real estate company in Beijing, contract disputes between a listed company, a fund company, and a county government, and loan disputes for a branch of China Minsheng Bank; Various large and medium-sized complex cases, including bankruptcy of a large private enterprise, disputes over housing lease contracts between a large property management company in Beijing and a large private enterprise, disputes over the return of original property by a national orchestra, contract disputes between a state-owned film and television group company, and disputes over equity transfer between a state-owned enterprise and a private enterprise.
