He has conducted legal planning for legal businesses such as corporate restructuring, equity transfer, asset reorganization, and corporate bankruptcy, etc. He has participated in the review and modification of national laws and regulations as well as normative documents related to administration and management at the provincial and ministerial levels for many times, and he has served as a permanent legal advisor to several central enterprises, provincial and ministerial-level domestic famous enterprises and governmental organs. On the major and difficult in the domestic and international influential economic cases, real estate cases, criminal cases, administrative cases, non-litigation cases have unique breakthroughs and innovations in handling skills and litigation strategy.
Practicing for more than 30 years, Mr. Zhou has taught relevant legal courses for central diplomatic organs, central enterprises and local state-owned enterprises, local government organs, Xinhua News Agency, large private enterprises, social organizations, and citizen-run schools, and has a good reputation in the industry, rich social resources and a certain degree of social influence, and was invited by the United Front Work Department of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee to participate in the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China in 2019 Tiananmen Square Ceremony Guest of Honor.
