Lawyer Yang once worked at a large state-owned enterprise in Shenyang, where he led work in the quality inspection department, supply and marketing department, and procurement department. Later, he served as the head of the technical department and acted as an agent for quality inspection and sales work. During my tenure, I represented my unit multiple times at the National Metallurgical Industry Annual Conference and the Machinery Industry Annual Conference, and published several technical papers. I have also won several awards such as the Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Award and the Machinery Industry Annual Conference Excellence Award.
